Invoice and Payment
Upon information processing, Coach Estelle will send you an invoice for the coaching package.
Once payment is received, you move to the next phase of the onboarding process.
Training Peaks Integration
With payment confirmation, you are linked to Coach Estelle on Training Peaks, a professional training app.
The start date for your coaching journey is confirmed.
Load First Week on Training Peaks
Your personalised training plan for the first week is loaded onto Training Peaks.
This initial week serves as a test week to establish your current fitness level and running capabilities.
Test Week and Feedback
During the test week, you'll execute the training plan provided by Coach Estelle.
After each run, you provide feedback, helping Coach Estelle fine-tune and customise your ongoing training.
Ongoing Communication
Coach Estelle encourages open communication throughout the process.
Regular check-ins, feedback, and any adjustments needed are addressed to ensure your continuous progress.
